Registration for new members

You may either copy the Registration Form to your email editor or print it and mail it to us. To copy the Registration Form to the right and paste it to your email editor, drag your mouse over the text under the Registration Form, click on Edit and then click on Copy. In your email click on Edit and then click on Paste. Then in your email editor, next to each line, enter your information. Don't forget to enter the Agency Code letters that you prefer, otherwise we will assign a code for you. Send it to JohnHeller@BooksForTheBlind.us.

After you register and list at least one book with us, we will assign a page for you to use as you wish. Due to space restrictions, you may only enter text with the exception of a company logo. Click here to see a sample of our page: About BFTB.
